I am Simrat Kathuria,

a few words of my story

What started as the brainchild of Simrat Kathuria, is now growing by leaps and bounds under the banner of The Diet Xperts. Powered by an unparalleled vision of Simrat and her team, thousands of happy clients are a testimony that weight goals and wellness are not mammoth tasks as long as one is moving on the right path and under correct guidance.

With its head office at Ludhiana, The Diet Xperts is present at multiple locations including Delhi NCR, Jalandhar and more. The Diet Xperts is dispensing array of services such as weight gain & loss consultation, therapeutic diet consultation, post-pregnancy diet consultation, skin & hair wellness consultation, sports diet consultation and a lot more to cover all areas of routine. Another offering in the basket includes corporate tie-ups for team wellness and diet awareness.

The pilot center of The Diet Xperts at Ludhiana was inaugurated by Aditi – the winner of Coveted Ms. India 2015 title in 2016. Aditi lauded the initiative and shared a common connection with the methodology being put to practice at The Diet Xperts. In a short span of time, the brand expanded to other parts of the country, only to be welcomed by warm patronage by clientele. The Diet Xperts is also a proud nutrition partner of Mrs. Punjab 2016 pageant that welcomed contestants from all over the region.

Currently, The Diet Xperts is welcoming passionate, motivated and goal-driven people to join the family as team or business associates across the country.

A Holistic Approach Of Mindful Eating

Diet is not an “Oh so new” term for us. Most of the time, people misinterpret the term dieting with eating less or eating nothing. Compromising your favourite foods are defined as dieting. But sadly, that is not the truth. Dieting is all about eating healthy and eating what is essential for your health. After completion of my business degree and working with various organizations, I encountered the most important person in my life; myself.

Understanding the mechanism of my body and how it functions, I also found out that there are a lot many things to do with it to stay happy and healthy. Meeting nutritionists, dietitians and coaches were the last things I could do to keep myself happily going. I think it is easily understandable that every time you are approaching someone new, you are given with solutions. Where sometimes the answers were identical, sometimes they were diverse and matters of contradiction. Thus, all I was left with a vast confusion of what to do and what not to. Completing the nutrition course from Stanford was the wisest decision I could ever take in my lifespan. Understanding the requirements of the body and eating according is all about mindful eating and that is the utmost care you can choose for your body. I believe in educating people and clients about what they are eating and the pros and cons of their current lifestyle.

It is not a drastic change which is needed to keep you healthy and active. Sometimes little habit shifts and replacements do even better. At The Diet Xperts, we try to become your faithful companion to stay fit and dynamic. The mantra that inspired me and hopefully will work the same for you is “You must know what you are eating and why.”
