Boiled Black Channa/Cholia Chaat

Ingredients:

  • Black Channa/Cholia 1 Cup
  • Veggies/Fruit (Onion, tomato, cucumber, apple, anar)
  • Roasted Zeera Powder 2 tsp
  • Rad Chilli Powder To Taste
  • Hari Mirch To Taste
  • Chopped Hara Dhania ¼ Cup
  • Lemon Juice To Taste
  • Salt To Taste

Method:

  • Soak black channa/cholia in water for 4-6 hours or overnight. Drain water. Cook black channa/cholia until tender. Drain excess water.
  • Mix all the ingredients, except hara dhania.
  • Garnish with hara dhania and serve.
