Ingredients:
- Onions, thinly sliced
- Capsicum, thinly sliced
- Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Oil
- Zeera (cumin seeds)
- Skimmed milk powder
- Sirka (vinegar)
- Mustard powder, paste salt
- Black pepper powder
- Some greens for garnish
Method:
- Mix the milk,mustard powder,salt and pepper into a paste, adding water if required.
- Heat oil in a large pan; add the zeera. When the seeds start spluttering, add the onions and stir-roast over high heat till a little glossy in appearance.
- Add the shimla mirch and mushrooms; continue to stir over high till mixed well and look wet but are firm. Keep aside to cool.
- Mix the milk mixture into it and chill. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with some greens, chill and serve.
