Ingredients:
For the dill dressing:
- 1 tbsp chopped dill (spinach) leaves
- 1/4 cup hung low fat curd
- 2 tbsp low fat milk
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Other ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped dhania
- 2 cups apple cubes
- Salt to taste
Method:
For the dill dressing:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Refrigirate to chill.
How to proceed:
- Put the cucumber and dhania in a vesselful of ice cold water for half an hour. This will make nthem crisp
- Drain and add the apple, salt and dressing.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
