Cucumber Apple Salad

Ingredients:

For the dill dressing:

  • 1 tbsp chopped dill (spinach) leaves
  • 1/4 cup hung low fat curd
  • 2 tbsp low fat milk
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste


Other ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp chopped dhania
  • 2 cups apple cubes
  • Salt to taste

Method:

For the dill dressing:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Refrigirate to chill.

How to proceed:

  • Put the cucumber and dhania in a vesselful of ice cold water for half an hour. This will make nthem crisp
  • Drain and add the apple, salt and dressing.
  • Toss gently and serve immediately.
