Ingredients:
- 2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- 1/3 cup grated coconut
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander (fresh)
- 2 tbsp pomegranates
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
FOR TEMPERING:
- 30ml seasame oil
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp curry leaves
Method:
- Soak 1/2 cup Moong dal overnight and boil them with little salt.
- Add all the ingredients and mix them well in a bowl.
- For tempering, in a pan add oil and further add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Roast them for 1-2 min, and add it to mixture bowl.
