Ingredients:
- Half cup oats/steamed sprouts
- 50 grams paneer
- Half boiled potato
- Few mint & coriander leaves
- 1 medium size carrot (grated)
- 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
- 1 tbsp seasame seeds
- Half tsp jeera
- Salt & red chilli as per taste
- Half lemon (optional)
While Cooking:
- Oil To Brush The Pan
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a mixture
- Give them a shape of tikki
- Place the tikki on the pan and roast till it turns hash brown.
- Serve hot.
