Ingredients for to be Soaked Overnight:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
- Mix & refrigerate overnight
For Veggies:
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/2 grated cucumber
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves & mix
For Tadka:
- Oil
- 1/4 tbsp ginger
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 handful (10 grams) peanuts
- 1/2 tbsp seasame seeds
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 1 tbsp urad/channa dal
- Pinch of hing
Method:
- Heat the oil, add hing.add mustard, urad/channa dal and let it splitter.
- Add peanuts, green chilli, ginger and let it cook.
Peanuts will start cracking, add curry leaves, seasame seeds. - Pour this over the oats.
