Roti Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled Rajmah 
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 80gms Paneer 
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Salt
Mash all the ingredients well and spread the mixture on roti.
Place the roti with the spread side up on a hot tawa, cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook until crispy and golden.
For Hung curd: 
  • Finely chopped Onion 
  • Finely chopped Capsicum 
  • Mexican seasoning 
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano
Mix Hung curd with all the ingredients.
Spread evenly on the rotis.
Fold it into tacos.
