Ingredients:
- 100g oats
- 2 medium apples (chopped or grated)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 30ml coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Chop the apples into small cubes or grate them finely.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the chopped apples and melted coconut oil to the bowl, mixing well to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking tray in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
