Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:

For batter –
  • 1/4 cup ragi flour
  • 1/4 cup oats flour
  • 1/4 cup sooji
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
Paneer filling –
  • Paneer
  • Onions
  • Salt and pepper
Serve with coconut chutney and green chutney

Method:

  • Mix ragi flour, oats flour, and sooji with water to form a smooth batter; add onions, coriander, ginger and green chillies.
  • Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Saute onions, add crumbled paneer, salt and pepper for the filling.
  • Spread the batter thin layer on a heated pan and cook until golden then flip.
  • Add the paneer filling, fold and serve with coconut or green chutney.
