Roti Nachos

RO-TI NACHOS
Made with leftover rotis & a whole lot of healthy goodness!

Ingredients:

  • 4–6 leftover rotis
  • Peri peri masala
  • Salt to taste
  • A little oil

Methods:

  • Cut leftover rotis into triangle shapes (just like nachos!).
  • Toss them in a bowl with a drizzle of oil, peri peri masala & salt.
  • Air fry them at 160°C for 5–6 mins until crispy & golden. (Yes, that’s your healthy nacho base done!
Now for the Toppings:
  • Boiled rajma (kidney beans)
  • Chopped bell peppers
  • Sweet corn
  • Olives, Jalapeños
  • A sprinkle of cheese
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano
