Almond Cookies

Perfect for weight loss, diabetic patients & your guilt-free evening tea!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut (dry, fine powdered one)
  • ⁠12–15 pitted dates
  • ⁠½ cup almond flour
  • ⁠10–20 ml warm water

Methods:

  • Add desiccated coconut and dates to a mixer.
  • Pour in a little warm water and blend into a sticky paste.
  • Transfer to a bowl and mix in almond flour.
  • Shape the mixture into cookies.
  • Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Preheat oven for some time and then bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
