Aliv Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • Aliv seeds: 3/4 cup
  • Coconut water: 1 cup
  • Ghee: 1/4 cup
  • Jaggery: 1.5 cups
  • Almonds: 1/3 cup (chopped)
  • Desiccated coconut: 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder: 1 tbsp

Methods:

  • Soak aliv seeds in coconut water for 30 mins.
  • Heat ghee and jaggery; stir until melted.
  • Add soaked aliv seeds; mix well.
  • Add almonds, coconut, and cardamom; cook till it thickens.
  • Roll into ladoos while warm; grease palms with ghee.
