Ingredients:
- Aliv seeds: 3/4 cup
- Coconut water: 1 cup
- Ghee: 1/4 cup
- Jaggery: 1.5 cups
- Almonds: 1/3 cup (chopped)
- Desiccated coconut: 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder: 1 tbsp
Methods:
- Soak aliv seeds in coconut water for 30 mins.
- Heat ghee and jaggery; stir until melted.
- Add soaked aliv seeds; mix well.
- Add almonds, coconut, and cardamom; cook till it thickens.
- Roll into ladoos while warm; grease palms with ghee.
