Ingredients:
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (dry, fine powdered one)
- 12–15 pitted dates
- ½ cup almond flour
- 10–20 ml warm water
Methods:
- Add desiccated coconut and dates to a mixer.
- Pour in a little warm water and blend into a sticky paste.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in almond flour.
- Shape the mixture into cookies.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven for some time and then bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
