Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup potato cubes
- (80-100 gms) low fat paneer
- 1 mint chutney
- Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- oil for roasting
Method:
- Heat the oil in non-stick pan, add the potatoes and cook on a medium flame for 8-10 mins, or till the potatoes turn brown from all sides, while stirring
- Add ginger paste, in the same oil and mix well and cook on medium flame for 1-2 while stirring occasionally.
- Add the paneer, salt, green chillies, and lemon juice, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3
- Slide the potatoes back to the centre of the pan and toss well with all the other
- Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
