Aloo Paneer Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup potato cubes
  • (80-100 gms) low fat paneer
  • 1 mint chutney
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • oil for roasting

Method:

  • Heat the oil in non-stick pan, add the potatoes and cook on a medium flame for 8-10 mins, or till the potatoes turn brown from all sides, while stirring
  • Add ginger paste, in the same oil and mix well and cook on medium flame for 1-2 while stirring occasionally.
  • Add the paneer, salt, green chillies, and lemon juice, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3
  • Slide the potatoes back to the centre of the pan and toss well with all the other
  • Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
