Ingredients:
- 3 Amla
- Ginger
- Raw Haldi
- Small stick Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Saunf
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
Method:
- Blend everything with water. Strain it and refrigerate in ice tray overnight.
- Take on cube in a glass with hot water & sip it slowly.
