Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients:

  • (1) Apple
  • (1) Pear
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Lettuce leaves (few)
  • ½ tsp Extra virgin oil
  • 3 Chopped walnut (soaked)
  • ½ cup Shredded carrot

Method:

  • Place Lettuce in a bowl
  • Whisk together olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Then add all the other ingredients and top it with walnuts
