Ingredients:
- 1 bowl white Petha ( Ash gourd )
- 1/2 kiwi
- 10-15 leaves of mint
- Ginger
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Black salt
- 1/2tsp sabja seeds
Method:
- Soak ½ tsp sabja seeds for 10 minutes.
- Blend ash gourd, kiwi, mint leaves, lemon juice, ginger and black salt.
- Strain it and add 1 spoon of the left out for the fiber.
- Stir in soaked sabja seeds and serve chilled.
