ASH Gourd (Petha Juice)

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl white Petha ( Ash gourd )
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 10-15 leaves of mint
  • Ginger
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Black salt
  • 1/2tsp sabja seeds

Method:

  • Soak ½ tsp sabja seeds for 10 minutes.
  • Blend ash gourd, kiwi, mint leaves, lemon juice, ginger and black salt.
  • Strain it and add 1 spoon of the left out for the fiber.
  • Stir in soaked sabja seeds and serve chilled.
