Ingredients:
- Chhaach (buttermilk) – 2 cups
- Bajre ka aata (pearl millet flour) – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Green chillies – 1-2, finely chopped
- Curry leaves – a few
- Crushed ginger – 1/2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
- Cumin powder – a pinch
Methods:
- In a bowl, mix bajre ka aata, chhaach, and salt until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Heat ghee in a small pan, then add cumin seeds, green chillies, crushed ginger, and curry leaves. Let them crackle and release their aroma.
- Add this flavorful tadka to the raab and stir well.
- Serve hot and garnish with a pinch of cumin powder and a fresh coriander leaf.
