Ingredients:
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Baingan (aubergines) diced
- Oil
- Zeera
- Onions, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder
- Red chilli powder
- Tulsi,chopped
- Atta, slightly roasted
- Skimmed milk
- Bread crumbs, dried, powdered
- Tomato,de- seeded,chopped
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 325 F/ 160 C
- Mix the milk into the flour gradually, to avoid lumps. Bring to a boil. Simmer for a minute.
- Heat the oil; add the zeera , when it splutters,add onions and stir-roast over high heat, till well covered with oil.
- Add the mushrooms and baingan; stir-roast over high till the vegetables and half cooked.
- Add the milk mixture, salt , black pepper powder, tulsi, red chilli powder. Mix well. Transfer to an oven-proof serving dish.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top and then arrange the tomato pieces on top.
- Bake for ½ hour before serving. Serve hot.
