Ingredients:
- Frans bean (French beans), chopped, blanched
- Cauliflower , diced
- Cabbage shredded
- Mushrooms, sliced thin
- Oil
- Zera
- Onions, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder
- Oregano/ajwain leaves, chopped
- Green chilli, finely chopped to taste
- Atta, roasted slightly
- Skimmed milk
- Bread crumbs,Dried powdered
- Tomato,sliced for garnishing
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 160 c/325 F
- Mix the milk into the flour gradually, to avoid lumps,bring to a boil and simmer for a minute.
- Heat the oil, Add the zeera. When it splutters, add the onions and stir-roast over high heat , till well covered with oil.
- Add vegetables and mushrooms and continue to stir-over high heat, till the vegetables are half cooked.
