Ingredients:
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Beetroot
- 1 Onion
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 to 1½ tsp Ghee
- 1/4 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups Water
- A little milk
Methods:
- Heat 1 to 1½ tsp ghee in a pan. Add 1/4 tsp red chili powder and sauté for a few seconds on low flame.
- Add chopped vegetables (tomatoes, carrot, beetroot, onion, garlic, and ginger) and stir for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Pour in 3 cups of water, cover, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend it into a smooth puree.
- Strain the soup, return it to the pan, and season with salt and black pepper powder.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes, add a little milk for creamy texture and enjoy it hot!
