Ingredients:
- Black Chana: 1 Cup
- Water: 4 Cups
- Salt: To taste
- Garlic: 3-4 pods
- Ginger: 1 inch
- Bay Leaf: 1
- Black Pepper: 4-5
- Onion: 1
- Ghee: 1 Tsp
- Jeera: 1 Tsp
Methods:
- Wash & soak black chana for 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Pressure cook black chana with water, salt, ginger, garlic, bay leaf, pepper, and onion for 4-5 whistles.
- Let it cool and remove the bay leaf.
- Blend the cooked chana along with its broth in batches.
- Add a tempering of ghee and jeera for healthy fats.
