Ingredients:
- Slices of healthy bread
- ½ cup crushed broccoli
- ¼ cup grated paneer
- 2 tbsp cheese
- ½ tsp crushed green chilli
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
Methods:
- In a bowl, mix crushed broccoli, grated paneer, cheese, green chili, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Take your healthy bread slices and spread the mixture evenly on top.
- Place the prepared slices in a preheated oven.
- Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes or until the bread turns crisp and the topping is golden.
