Broccoli Toast

Ingredients:

  • Slices of healthy bread
  • ½ cup crushed broccoli
  • ¼ cup grated paneer
  • 2 tbsp cheese
  • ½ tsp crushed green chilli
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Methods:

  • In a bowl, mix crushed broccoli, grated paneer, cheese, green chili, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Take your healthy bread slices and spread the mixture evenly on top.
  • Place the prepared slices in a preheated oven.
  • Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes or until the bread turns crisp and the topping is golden.
