Ingredients:
- Half head of steamed brocolli
- 1 cup sprouts
- 1/2 cup pomegranates
- 1/4 cup red cabbage (Optional)
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- Almonds
For Topping Dressing:
- 1/2 cup coriander (Finely Chopped)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp of water
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil half head of broccoli and cut it into suitable bite pieces.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
- For dressing add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and blend it into chutney form.
- Add the dressing to the mixture bowl, mix it well and it’s ready to serve
