Brocolli Sprouts Salad

Ingredients:

  • Half head of steamed brocolli
  • 1 cup sprouts
  • 1/2 cup pomegranates
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • Almonds

For Topping Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup coriander (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of water
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Boil half head of broccoli and cut it into suitable bite pieces.
  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
  • For dressing add all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender and blend it into chutney form.
  • Add the dressing to the mixture bowl, mix it well and it’s ready to serve
