Ingredients:
- Green cabbage – 2 cup(s) (170g)
- Carrot(s) – 1 medium, finely chopped
- Fresh ginger – 2 tbsp.
- Garlic – 3 clove(s), crushed
- Snow peas – 250 g, sliced on the diagonal
- Green shallot(s) – 4 individual
- Cauliflower – 480 g, rice
- Rice wine vinegar – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Add cabbage, carrots, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add snow peas, shallots and cauliflower ‘rice’. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until tender crisp. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
