Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/4 finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup diced capsicum
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp hung curd
For filling:
- Spinach Leaves
- Tomatoes, Diced
- Onion (Finely Chopped)
- Salt to Taste
Method:
- Soak chickpeas overnight and boil them with little salt.
- Mash the boiled chickpeas.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Toast slices of bread, spread hung curd.
- Top it with spinach leaves, spread chickpeas mixture followed by tomatoes, onion etc.
- Keep the other slice of bread over cut & enjoy.
