Coconut and Mango Cooler

Ingredients:

  • Coconut water
  • Chia seeds
  • Goond Katira
  • Coconut chunks
  • Mango pulp
  • Mint

Method:

  • In a small bowl, add the chia seeds Let them soak for about 15-20 minutes
  • Blend the mango pieces until you get a smooth pulp
  • In a glass, combine the coconut water, the soaked chia seeds, goond kateera, mango pulp, and coconut chunks. Stir well to mix
  • Add Mint leaves and ice
