Ingredients:
- Coconut water
- Boiled Raw mango pulp
- Sabja seeds
- Goond katira
- Muddle mint
- Jeera powder
- Chaat masala
- Honey
Method:
Prepare Ingredients:
- Soak the sabja seeds in water for 10-15 minutes until they swell
- Soak the goond katira in water for a few hours or overnight until it becomes jelly-like
- Boil raw mangoes, extract the pulp, and let it cool
Mix Base:
- In a glass or bowl, take the ingredients and muddle them
- Add mint leaves for a fresh taste
- Sprinkle in the jeera powder and chaat masala
- Sweeten the drink with honey to your taste preference. Mix thoroughly to ensure the honey is well incorporated
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of raw mango if desired
- Serve chilled or over ice for an extra refreshing touch
