Coconut & Raw Mango Cooler

Ingredients:

  • Coconut water
  • Boiled Raw mango pulp
  • Sabja seeds
  • Goond katira
  • Muddle mint
  • Jeera powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Honey

Method:

Prepare Ingredients:
  • Soak the sabja seeds in water for 10-15 minutes until they swell
  • Soak the goond katira in water for a few hours or overnight until it becomes jelly-like
  • Boil raw mangoes, extract the pulp, and let it cool
Mix Base:
  • In a glass or bowl, take the ingredients and muddle them
  • Add mint leaves for a fresh taste
  • Sprinkle in the jeera powder and chaat masala
  • Sweeten the drink with honey to your taste preference. Mix thoroughly to ensure the honey is well incorporated
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of raw mango if desired
  • Serve chilled or over ice for an extra refreshing touch
