Creamy Mushroom Herb Rice

(High protein, rich in vitamin D & perfect for weight loss!)

Ingredients:

MUSHROOM SAUCE – INGREDIENTS
  • 4–5 soaked cashews
  • 2 soaked dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (soaked)
  • 50g paneer
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2–3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp onion
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Coriander & green chilli

Methods:

  • Blend soaked cashews, chillies, sesame & paneer.
  • Sauté garlic & onion in butter.
  • Add mushrooms, season & cook.
  • Add creamy paste. Mix & cook well.
  • Garnish with coriander & green chilli.

HERBED RICE – INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp bell peppers
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt & pepper

Methods:

  • Sauté garlic, coriander & bell peppers in butter.
  • Add spices & mix.
  • Add rice & combine well.
