Crispy Air-Fried Soya Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 50g soya nuggets (soaked and squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Method:

  • Soak, drain, and squeeze soya nuggets.
  • Mix yogurt, besan, rice flour, salt, and spices.
  • Coat nuggets and marinate for 15–20 mins.
  • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  • Air-fry nuggets for 10–12 mins, shaking halfway.
  • Garnish and serve hot!
