Ingredients:
- 50g soya nuggets (soaked and squeezed)
- 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Method:
- Soak, drain, and squeeze soya nuggets.
- Mix yogurt, besan, rice flour, salt, and spices.
- Coat nuggets and marinate for 15–20 mins.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Air-fry nuggets for 10–12 mins, shaking halfway.
- Garnish and serve hot!
