Curd Poha Dosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sooji/ rava
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp poha, washed and soaked
  • 1/2 tbsp Eno or baking soda

Method:

  • Mix soaked poha sooji, curd, water, sugar, and salt. Let it rest for 10 mins.
  • Blend everything into a batter.
  • Stir in Eno/baking soda just before making dosas.
  • Pour batter on a hot, greased pan, spread thin, and cook till crisp.
