Ingredients:
- 1 cup sooji/ rava
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp poha, washed and soaked
- 1/2 tbsp Eno or baking soda
Method:
- Mix soaked poha sooji, curd, water, sugar, and salt. Let it rest for 10 mins.
- Blend everything into a batter.
- Stir in Eno/baking soda just before making dosas.
- Pour batter on a hot, greased pan, spread thin, and cook till crisp.
