Ingredients:
- 12–15 dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup shredded dry coconut
- 2 bars (100g each) of 70% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- A few dried cranberries
Method:
- Unseed the dates and place them on a sheet of butter paper.
- Smash each date gently with the base of a glass.
- Pour melted dark chocolate over the smashed dates.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Add a final touch with pumpkin seeds and cranberries.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, and your chocolatey, chewy treat is ready!
