Dark Chocolate Date Bars

Ingredients:

  • 12–15 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup shredded dry coconut
  • 2 bars (100g each) of 70% dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • A few dried cranberries

Method:

  • Unseed the dates and place them on a sheet of butter paper.
  • Smash each date gently with the base of a glass.
  • Pour melted dark chocolate over the smashed dates.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  • Add a final touch with pumpkin seeds and cranberries.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes, and your chocolatey, chewy treat is ready!
