Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer, crumbled
- 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp/olive oil.
- Salt to taste
- 8-10 rice paper sheets
Method:
- Prepare the Filling: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic. Add paneer, corn, black pepper, white pepper, salt and chilli oil. Cook for 2 minutes and let it cool.
- Prepare the Wrappers: Dip each rice paper sheet in warm water for 5-10 seconds and place on a surface.
- Assemble: Place 1-2 tablespoons of the filling in the center, fold the edges and roll tightly.
- Steam: Arrange dimsums in a greased steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes until translucent.
- Serve: Pair with chilli oil
