Dimsums

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup paneer, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  • ⁠2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • ⁠1 tbsp/olive oil.
  • ⁠Salt to taste
  • ⁠8-10 rice paper sheets

Method:

  • Prepare the Filling: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic. Add paneer, corn, black pepper, white pepper, salt and chilli oil. Cook for 2 minutes and let it cool.
  • Prepare the Wrappers: Dip each rice paper sheet in warm water for 5-10 seconds and place on a surface.
  • Assemble: Place 1-2 tablespoons of the filling in the center, fold the edges and roll tightly.
  • Steam: Arrange dimsums in a greased steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes until translucent.
  • Serve: Pair with chilli oil
