Healthy Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 banana
  • 4-5 dates (for natural sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1-1.5 cup milk (any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Methods:

  • Wash your strawberries thoroughly—use vinegar or baking soda with water to remove dirt and pesticides.
  • In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, mashed banana, dates, oats, honey, milk, and chia seeds.
  • Stir well until everything is combined evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a jar or bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours (or overnight for a creamier texture).
  • Enjoy your healthy strawberry pudding—a perfect fix for sugar cravings!
