Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp ragi (soaked for 6-8 hours)
- 1 cup fresh water (for blending)
- 1-2 dates (optional, for natural sweetness)
- ½ tsp fennel seed powder
Methods:
- Wash the soaked ragi properly and do not use the same water in which it was soaked.
- Blend the cleaned ragi with fresh water until smooth.
- Strain using a fine cloth or sieve.
- Add dates and fennel seed powder, blend again, and serve fresh!
