Homemade Ragi Milk

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ragi (soaked for 6-8 hours)
  • 1 cup fresh water (for blending)
  • 1-2 dates (optional, for natural sweetness)
  • ½ tsp fennel seed powder

Methods:

  • Wash the soaked ragi properly and do not use the same water in which it was soaked.
  • Blend the cleaned ragi with fresh water until smooth.
  • Strain using a fine cloth or sieve.
  • Add dates and fennel seed powder, blend again, and serve fresh!
