Ingredients:
- Hung curd
- 1/4 capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/4 carrots
- 1/4 onions
- Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Chilli flakes while cooking:
- Mustard seeds,
- Seasame seeds
- Curry leave
- Oil to brush the bread sides
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a mixture.
- Roast mustard seeds, sesame seeds and 1-2 curry leaves in a pan.
- Spread the mixture made above on one side of the bread and place another bread on the top to cover the filling.
- Place the bread on the pan and roast till it turns hash brown.
- Serve hot.
