Ingredients:
- Karela (Bitter Gourd) – 2 medium-sized
- Salt – as needed
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Amchur Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Besan (Gram Flour) – 2-3 tosp
- Rice Flour – 1 tosp
- Oil – 1 tsp
Method:
- Pat dry karela slices after soaking in salt water.
- Mix all spices, flours, and salt in a bowl.
- Add oil and mix to form a dry coating mixture.
- Coat karela slices evenly with the spice mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Air-fry karela slices for 12-15 minutes, shaking midway.
- Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy crispy chips!
