Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated lauki/ghia/doodhi(bottle gourd.
- 4 tbsp of suga.
- 1 L skimmed mil.
- 1/2 tbsp cardamom powde.
- 4-5 Almond.
- 4-5 Raisin.
Method:
- 1. Bring the milk to boil in a heavy bottom pan.
- 2. Reduce for 20 minutes on low flame and stir occasionally.
- 3. Add the grated lauki and cook till the milk thickens.
- 4. Add the sugar and cook for 5 more minutes.
- 5. Add the dry fruits and the cardamom powder and serve.
