Ingredients:
- 1 or 1-1/2 cup makhana (roasted)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp onions
- 2 tbsp tomatoes
- 2 tbsp cucumbers
- 2 tbsp pomegranates
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander
- Lemon juice
Method:
- In a pan add ghee, put Makhane and roast it for 10 mins. On low flame until slightly crisp. Let the makhane cool down for a while.
- In a bowl, add onion, tomatoes, cucumber (chopped), pomegranate, 1/2 cup makhane, chaat masala, red chilli pepper, salt, lemon juice and mix it.
- Serve immediately and garnish with chopped coriander and pomegranate
