- ⅓ cup nuts (cashews + almonds)
- ½ cup soft pitted dates (7–8)
- 1 cup makhanas
- ½ medium-sized mango (cut a few small cubes and keep them aside)
- 2 to 2½ cups warm low-fat / skimmed milk
