Ingredients:
- 1/2 mango
- 1 glass milk ( almond milk or cows milk )
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
Method:
- In a bowl take diced mango and milk, and blend them together.
- Now put Rolled Oats and chia seeds in it and refrigerate this overnight for at least 6-8 hours. This allows the oats and chia seeds to absorb the milk and soften
- In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. You can enjoy it cold directly from the fridge or let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes
- You can add additional toppings such as nuts, seeds, or extra fresh fruit for added texture and flavour
