Ingredients:
- Moringa / Drumstick leaves – 1 cup
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Onion – 1 small / ½ of 1 big
- Cumin – ½ tsp
- Peppercorns – ½ tsp
- Soaked Moong Dal – ¼ cup
- Water – 1 ½ cups
- Salt – as needed
Methods:
- Add all ingredients to a pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles.
- Let it cool down and grind into a smooth paste.
- Transfer it back to the pot, adjust consistency with water, and add a pinch of turmeric and ¼ tbsp hing.
- Bring it to a boil, and your wholesome Moringa Soup is ready to enjoy!
