Ingredients
(Makes 2-3 Sandwiches)
- Potatoes – 3-4 medium (boiled & mashed)
- Sabudana – ½ cup
- Salt & Red Chilli Powder – As per taste
- Coriander Powder – ¼ tbsp
- Cumin Powder – ¼ tbsp
- Aamchur Powder – 1 tsp
- Green Chilli – 1 (chopped)
- Ginger – 1-inch (grated)
- Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp
- Paneer – As required (slices for stuffing)
- Makhana Powder – 8-10 fox nuts (For binding, if needed)
- Oil – For greasing
Method:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, sabudana, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, aamchur powder, chopped green chilli, grated ginger, and coriander leaves.
- If the mixture feels too soft, add powdered makhana to improve binding.
- Grease your sandwich maker lightly with oil.
- Spread a layer of the prepared mixture evenly.
- Stuff with paneer and cover with another layer of the mixture.
- Cook on low to medium flame until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- Serve hot.
