Navratri Special Dry Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Cashews – 4-5 (Good for healthy fats and energy)
  • Walnuts – 2 (Boost brain health and provide omega-3)
  • Raisins – 4-5 (Natural source of iron and antioxidants)
  • Pistachios – 5-6 (Rich in protein and fiber)
  • Date – 1 (Provides natural sweetness and energy)
  • Banana – 1 (Instant energy booster)
  • Strawberries – 2-3 (Loaded with antioxidants)
  • Blueberries – 7-8 (Supports immunity and digestion)
  • Milk – 200ml (Good source of protein and calcium)
  • Ice – As required (To keep it cool and refreshing)

Method:

  • Soak cashews, walnuts, raisins, pistachios, and date in a bowl with some milk for 15-20 minutes.
  • Add banana, strawberries, blueberries, and 200ml milk to a blender.
  • Add the soaked dry fruits along with some ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
