Kadi Patta Chutney Premix

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 bunches of curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp chana dal
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts
  • 5-6 dried red chilies
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp jeera
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Heat ghee, saute curry leaves until crisp, and set aside.
  • Roast chana dal, mustard seeds, jeera, and chilies in a pan until fragrant.
  • Mix roasted spices, crispy curry leaves and blend into a coarse powder.
Serving Suggestion:
Add curd or water into it to make a chutney.
