Ingredients:
- 4-5 bunches of curry leaves
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp chana dal
- ½ cup roasted peanuts
- 5-6 dried red chilies
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp jeera
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat ghee, saute curry leaves until crisp, and set aside.
- Roast chana dal, mustard seeds, jeera, and chilies in a pan until fragrant.
- Mix roasted spices, crispy curry leaves and blend into a coarse powder.
