Ingredients:
- Oats 1/2 Cup
- Bread 2 Slices
- Onion Chopped 1 Medium
- Green Chillies To Taste
- Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons
- Hing, Mustard Seeds, Jeera
- Chilli Powder To Taste
- Chopped Fresh Coriander
- Salt To Taste
Method:
- Break the bread into small pieces.
- Heat oil in non-stick pan, and hing, jeera and mustard seeds. When jeera change colour and the mustard seeds begin to splutter, add the onion and sauté for few minutes till translucent.
- Add bread pieces, salt, oats and mix well. Add the chilli powder and toss to mix. Sprinkle some water over the mixture and cook for two minutes.
- Add the lime juice, green chillies and chopped fresh coriander. Toss well to mix and serve hot.
