Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats or rolled oats
- 2/3 cup curd or 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp honey (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped mix fruits (any two) – apple, mango, banana, berries, strawberries, pomegranate,
papaya (NEEDS TO BE ADDED FRESH IN THE MORNING) - 1 to 1-1/2 tbsp chopped nuts – almonds, walnuts or raisins.
Method:
- Take quick cooking oats or rolled oats in a small jar, glass, mug or a bowl.
- Add curd/ milk to the oats, stir and mix well.
- Allow chia seeds to be soaked overnight or for at least 4 hours and then add it to the oats.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- The next morning, add fruits (any two), topped with chopped nuts and dry fruits. (You can add your choice of fresh fruits)
- Add honey and serve overnight oats straight away.
