Palak Paneer Rice (Baby And Toddler Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup rice (chawal)
  • 1/4 cup spinach (palak) , chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
  • a pinch cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/2 tbsp ghee
  • salt to taste

Method:

  • Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds crackle, add the rice and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the spinach, paneer, salt and 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles. Mix well and serve lukewarm with fresh curds or dal.
