Ingredients:
- 200gm fresh paneer (cut into cubes)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste ( grind 516 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger and one green chilli with 1 tbsp water)
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi (crushed)
- 1tbsp tandoori masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Let paneer marinate in the spice mix for atleast 30 mins
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 3/4 tbsp besan
- 4 tbsp water
- Jowar flakes
method:
- Oil to grease air fryer.
- Airfry for 10 mins or until golden brown @180C, lightly tossing midway.
- Rest for 5 mins outside airfryer, to get even a crunchier texture, before serving.
